Step1. Cut Chicken thighs into pieces

Step3. Add One egg
Step4. Add Black pepper
Step5. Add sesame oil
Step6. Add 2 tablespoons of Corn starch or rice flour
Step7. Fry the Chicken using a Wok

Step8. Make the Sauce
a. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
b. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
c. 1 tablespoon rice wine
d. 1 tablespoon sugar
e. 4 tablespoons Chicken broth

Step9. Add one Clove of Garlic
